Does the wedding car include floral decoration?
Yes — floral arch decoration on the bonnet is included with every wedding package at no extra charge. Fresh or silk arrangements available. Colour preferences (white, champagne, pink, red) can be requested when booking. Additional interior florals can be arranged at extra cost.
Can I book for the full wedding day?
Absolutely. Our 8-hour (full day) package covers from morning gate-crash through to the wedding dinner. We structure the schedule around your actual itinerary — bridal pickup, church/ROM, photoshoot stops, and banquet arrival.
What happens if my ceremony runs late?
Every package includes a complimentary 30-minute standby buffer. Beyond that, S$35-S$50 per additional 30 minutes depending on vehicle. We communicate proactively — if your timeline is slipping, your chauffeur will update you and adjust wherever possible.
Do you cover all areas in Singapore including Jurong and Woodlands?
Yes. Elite Lux operates island-wide — all HDB estates, condominiums, landed properties, and hotels from Changi to Tuas and from Woodlands to Sentosa. No area surcharge within Singapore.
Do you handle ROM (Registry of Marriages) trips?
Yes. We handle ROM at ICA Building (Lavender) and solemnisation at any registered venue. Many couples book our 4-hour package for ROM day — pickup from home, ROM ceremony, lunch venue, and a scenic drive.
How many wedding cars do I need?
Most couples book 1 car for the bride (Mercedes S-Class). For the groom's party or parents separately, 2-3 cars is typical. For large family or wedding entourages, our CombiVan 13-seater handles the whole group in one vehicle. WhatsApp us with your guest count and we'll advise.
Is there a deposit required to confirm the booking?
Yes — a 50% deposit confirms and holds your wedding date. Remaining 50% is collected on the wedding day. We accept PayNow, bank transfer, and cash. Cancellation: full refund if cancelled 14+ days before; 50% refund within 7-14 days.
What is the difference between a 4-hour and full-day wedding package?
The 4-hour package suits couples with a simple itinerary: pickup from home, ceremony, one photoshoot location, reception venue. The full-day (8-hour) package is for couples with a full gate-crash morning, multiple photo locations, and a dinner reception in the evening. We recommend full-day for Chinese traditional weddings.
Can I request a specific vehicle colour?
All our Mercedes S-Class sedans are in black — the traditional and most popular choice for Singapore weddings. Alphard/Vellfire MPVs are available in black or white. Mention your preference when booking.
